PCIC managers and unit planning officers at the Head Office (HO) and the regional offices attended the virtual Strategic Planning and Risk Management Planning workshop conducted by TÜV Rheinland.   Fifty officers and staff attended the online training in two batches.   The first batch, consisting of HO department heads and regional managers, with the senior management officers,  namely the Senior Vice President and two Vice Presidents,    was trained from July 6-9.  The second batch of trainees,   which consisted of designated planning officers of the HO departments and key units and the regional offices, was conducted from July 21-22 and July  26-27.   The modules included strategic planning anchored on the balanced scorecard approach and risk management planning aligned with ISO 31000:2018.
