More than 860 farmers received indemnity checks on September 12 and 13, 2024, at the Regional Office (RO 2) main office and PCIC Extension Offices. The distribution coincided with President Marcos’ birthday on September 13. Apart from the distribution, RO 2 staff also assisted in enrolling the farmers in the Accident and Dismemberment Security Scheme (ADSS) program. The ADSS is an insurance package designed to alleviate financial burden on families in the event of dismemberment or death of the insured due to accident.
