The PCIC Management and Employees Association through its President, Aida S. Castro, signed the renewal of the Collective Negotiation Agreement with PCIC President Jovy C. Bernabe on 22 November 2012 at PCIC Head Office, Quezon City.  Witnessing the signing were the members of the PCIC Board of Directors and officers of employees’ association.
