PCIC President Jovy Bernabe signed a Memorandum of Understanding  with the Land  Bank of the Philippines and  PALM, Inc. last February 26, 2009 wherein the parties agreed to support and promote the development of the palm oil industry in the province of Bohol as one of the alternative source of biofuels.
