PCIC RO2 recently conducted comprehensive training designed to elevate the expertise and proficiency of its employees in regional operations.

The three-day event focused on regional agricultural insurance operations, providing insights on the functions of each division,   showcasing their roles and responsibilities,  and highlighting their interconnectedness within the office’s overall process flow.   This  helped the  employees understand the significance of their individual and unit work,  and stressed the perspective  that no division operates independently.

“This three-day training aims to deepen our understanding of PCIC’s role in supporting our farmers, ensuring agricultural sustainability, and promoting resilience in the farming sector,” Atty. Jesa T. Dumocloy-Galay, Officer-in-Charge of the Administrative and Finance Division, said in her welcome remarks.

Regional Manager Jean L. Bayani underlined the organization’s commitment to service excellence in her speech. “This training is not just about learning new information; it’s about embracing a mindset of continuous improvement. By doing so, we reaffirm our dedication to providing exceptional service, fostering a resilient agricultural community, and upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism,” she said.

The training also served as a platform for sharing important updates and reminders between employees, on the one hand,   and the management, on the other.
