PCIC RO 11  released  Php 1.6 Million worth of indemnities to insured farmers and fisherfolk in Alabel,  Sarangani Province, who suffered losses due drought and pest and diseases. 

The release was done during the municipal ceremonies marking the Farmers’ and Fisherfolk Month  on May 27, 2024,  with the theme “Magsasaka’t Mangingisdang Pilipono,  Saludo an Buong Bansa sa Sipag, Tibay at Lakas Niyo.”

In his inspirational message, Alabel Mayor Vic Paul Molina Salarda expressed  appreciation to PCIC RO 11 and 12 for attending the event and for their unending support and assistance to Alabel’s farmers and fisherfolk.

The PCIC offices delegation were led by RO 11 Regional Manager Rosalina G. Grabulan and RO 12 OIC-Regional Manager Gracia B. Salloman.

PCIC RO 11 Manager Grabulan announced that as of April 1, 2024, Sarangani Province, formerly with PCIC RO 11, has been transferred to PCIC Region 12.   This is in line with the PCIC’s effort to align its operations with the administrative regional configuration of the national government.  

Other PCIC officers and staff who attended the event were RO 12’s division chiefs, namely:  John Carlo I. Franilla,  Administrative and Financial Division;  Sammy Glenn Santos, Claims and Adjustment Division;   Reynaldo Lagdameo, Marketing and Sales Division; and staff Ofelialyn Rose Sulan and Ronel Dumaguing.
