This is contained in the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signed by Regional Office 1 Manager Raul Servito and Caba Mayor Donna Crispino on April 11, 2024. Under the agreement, PCIC shall implement and ensure efficient administration of the Accident and Dismemberment Security Scheme (ADSS), one of the PCIC’s term insurance program. The municipal government, in turn, shall identify beneficiaries and assist in their enrollment. It will also assist in informing farmers and fisherfolk on the program. The ADDS provides insurance protection to agricultural producers, farmers and fisherfolk against accidents and its resulting injury or death.
