PCIC Regional Office in Region 2 aims to improve services with its partner-implementers. This, after agency officials met with the agency’s partner-implementers on May 9, 2019.

“We want to deliver indemnity checks more quickly and make the process more efficient,” Ms. Edna Marallag, PCIC Manager for Region 2, said. “Thus, we met with partner-implementers to strengthen ties and coordination.”

During the meeting, PCIC representatives gave updates on the implementation of agricultural insurance programs, the rules and regulations on underwriting and claims.

Moreover, issues and concerns were discussed. Corresponding solutions were agreed upon to better serve farmer-beneficiaries.
