Mid-level officers and staff from the Head Office and Region No. 4 attended a two-day training-workshop last 16 to 17 June 2011 entitled “Basic Quality and Productivity Improvement Approaches” at the Head Office in Quezon City.

The said training-workshop were targeted to all remaining employees of PCIC from the said units who were not part of the initial run of the program that was facilitated by the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) last 8 to 10 June 2011.
