Atty. Jovy C. Bernabe took his oath of office as the new President of the Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (PCIC) presided by DA Secretary Arthur C. Yap last November 17, 2008.
As the new PCIC President, Atty. Bernabe hopes to help the present administration in achieving its Poverty Alleviation and Employment Generation Programs and in particular the Food Self-Sufficiency Program by increasing the number of farmers covered and to extend innovative and client-responsive insurance packages.
