The Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (PCIC), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), is inviting bids from responsible Contractors /Supplier for the supply, delivery and installation of Fourteen (14) air conditioning units at PCIC Regional Office No. 2, 3rd Floor LBP Building, Tuguegarao City Cagayan, with the Approved Budget for the contract of ONE MILLION (1,000,000.00).

Interested bidders may be obtained a complete set of Bidding Documents startIng July 12, 2016 to August 4, 2016 upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of ONE THOUSAND PESOS (P1,000.00) to the BAC Secretariat, Tomasa P. Pattugalan, PCIC REGION 2 3RD Floor LBP Building, Tuguegarao City Cagayan.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be on July 21, 2016, 2: P.M. at PCIC Regional Office No. 2, 3rd Floor LBP Bldg.; Tuguegarao City Cagayan.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before August 4, 2016 2: PM at PCIC Reginal Office No. 2. 3rd Floor LBP Building , Tuguegarao City. All Bids must be accompanied by bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
Bids opening shall be on August 4, 2016 2: PM at PCIC Regional Office No 3rd Floor LBP Building, Tuguegarao City. Bids will be opened at the presence of the Bidders’ representative who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not accepted.
The Bids and Award Committee of the Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation reserves the right to reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award , without thereby inuring any liability to affected bidder or bidders.
