Crop insurance head inspects flood-ravaged areasTHE Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (PCIC) has started validating the crop damages claims in some farms in Leyte due to floods that hit the province last week. PCIC Regional Manager Crescencio Deligero personally inspected Monday the affected areas, especially the towns of Palo and Alang-Alang. Have something to report? Tell us in text, photos or videos. He said they would also proceed to other towns in Leyte that were reportedly affected by floods to evaluate extent of damage to crops and qualify the claims already submitted to their office.
