Banco Santiago de Libon (BSDL) and PCIC Regional Office V, headed by BSDL CEO Agnes P. Dycoco and PCIC Regional Office V OIC-Regional Manager Corazon SM. Realubit, formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement for BSDL to be a partner of PCIC Regional Office V in a simple ceremony held in Libon, Albay on October 11, 2013.

The signing coincided with the 40^th anniversary of BSDL and launching of the Biyaya sa Dagat, Danao at Lupa (BSDDL) agricultural credit facility.  It is a production loan facility initially for palay farmers which will later on expand to corn and other high value commercial crops, wherein crop insurance, life insurance and credit insurance are built-in.

The MOA signing was also attended by BSDL Comptroller Liza Dycoco, LBP Monette Agmata and Ricky Bagagñan, PCIC Gerry Obias, Engr. Rose Sabanal and Jun Parsan, Barangay  Chairpersons, Irrigation Association Presidents and BSDL Branch Managers of Bato (CS), Buhi, Polangui, Oas, Pioduran and Sto. Domingo.
