Those interested may submit their application and an updated Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form No. 212, revised 1999) to the Administrative Department not later than June 23, 2014. New information on Personal Data Sheet (PDS) should be supported with pertinent documents as proof, such as Transcript of Records, Authenticated Certificate of Eligibility , Certificate of Trainings, Special Orders, Office Orders, etc.
