The regional office of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) in Bicol has recognized the PCIC RO 5 for its contribution to the Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP).  RCSP is a DILG-led government program that addresses community identified issues on governance and development as a way to promote progress and peace.  PCIC RO5 was recognized for its information dissemination efforts on PCIC’s products, especially on the subsidized programs.
