Seventy-seven farmers from Sagay City recently received indemnity checks amounting  to ₱309,000 from PCIC Regional Office 6. PCIC insurance underwriter Charlon Melendres and City Agriculturist Julie Delima led the distribution. They also conducted an orientation on the Swine Mortality insurance program and the Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA) free insurance program.
