PCIC Regional Office 9 paid ₱1.188 Million to farmer-beneficiaries.  Two hundred sixty-nine (269) farmers from Kumalarang, Zamboanga del Sur received their indemnity checks on July 29, 2021. The sum they received would help them recover from damages on their rice, corn, and high value crops.
