To make services more accessible to Negros Occidental farmers and fisherfolk, the PCIC transferred its extension office in Bacolod City. From its previous location along San Juan St., it is now located at the corner of Galo and Locsin Streets, at the heart of Bacolod City. Aside from being more accessible, PCIC offices are now housed in one floor instead of two separate floors. This makes transactions easier and faster.  PCIC President Jovy Bernabe opened the office’s doors on October 20, 2023.
