DA Secretary Proceso J. Alcala visited the Department of Agriculture’s Onion Dryer and Warehouse projects in Occidental Mindoro on 20 March 2012.

Farmers’ Forum and MOA signing between Penal Farm Officials and Local Government Unit Officials were also conducted where Depatment of Agriculture attached agencies and Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation joined Sec. Alcala.
