A half-day Roundtable Discussion on Sustainable Mariculture Investment Financing was conducted on May 30, 2012 at Davao City organized by Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Regional XI in cooperation with Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) Program Development Department – Davao City and PCIC Mindanao Group.

The roundtable discussion came up with a modified approach for sound mariculture investment financing scheme to strengthen and improve the mariculture industry in Mindanao region. The approach will enhance the partnership of BFAR, DBP and PCIC to work hand-in-hand and create tripartite agreements.

PCIC is represented by the Acting Vice-President Antonio S. Uy II, Region XI OIC Bonifacio V. Pales, and Region XII Manager Elias S. Catulong.
