Two hundred twelve (212) farmers from San Lorenzo and Buenavista towns received indemnity checks worth  ₱2.67 Million on January 13, 2022. Their crops and other properties were damaged by typhoon Odette. PCIC Insurance Underwriters Heide Obsilla and Nhile Zarceno Gabinete released the checks, with support from the San Lorenzo and Buenavista Municipal Agriculture Offices.
