Education                   :           Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job. Master’s Degree

Experience                 :           Five (5) years of supervisory experience

Training                     :           120 hrs. training on insurance/actuarial operations

Eligibility                    :           CS Professional/2^nd Level Eligibility

Place of assignment  :           NCR
