Farmers, fishers to get PCIC insurance planIN RESPONSE to calls to address the effects of climate change, the Cebu Provincial Government enrolled farmers and fisherfolk in the province in an insurance program. In cooperation with the Capitol, the Philippine Crop Insurance Corp. (PCIC) developed a comprehensive package for farmers and fisherfolk who are the most vulnerable to the effects of climate change.
