The PCIC continues its business approach of contributing to sustainable development. True to its commitment to be a good neighbor to the farmers and fisherfolk it serves, PCIC undertook Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program through the following activities in 2015:
PCIC distributes P1.324 Million indemnity checks to 167 farmers and fisherfolk of Typhoon Yolanda stricken Tabuelan, Cebu on June 30, 2015. The awarding of checks was led by PCIC VP CBAG Antonio S. Uy, II and Tabuelan Municipal Mayor Rex Casiano Gerona, and assisted by PCIC RO VII Manager Crescencio V. Deligero, Insurance Adjuster II Paulita C. Secuya, and Tabuelan Municipal Agriculturist Ofelia S. Orelio.
Feeding Program and Health Consciousness Activities
The PCIC Regional Office (RO) XI conducts feeding program and health consciousness activities at Barangay Dumadalig, Tantangan, South Cotabato on September 11, 2015 as part of its Gender and Development (GAD) program implementation. The event was spearheaded by Regional Manager II Bonifacio V. Pales and Pastor Antonio Flores, Jr. of International Care Ministries, Inc., Koronadal Chapter.
Tree Planting Activities
To promote sustainable development and in support of the National Greening Program of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), the PCIC Head Office and Regional Offices (RO) continued its yearly tree planting activities in 2015.

2016
Feeding Program
The PCIC Regional Office XI, headed by Regional Manager Bonifacio Pales, held its annual feeding program in Barangay Dumadalig, Tantangan, South Cotabato on October 14, 2016. Employees and personnel prepared Manna Packs for nearly 60 indigent children and nursing mothers. The feeding program was held in partnership with International Care Ministries, a non-profit organization that supports Filipino communities.
Tree Planting Activities
To support national efforts in conserving and protecting the environment, especially in the light of climate change, the PCIC Head Office and Regional Offices have continued its annual tree planting activities.

The corporation implements corporate social responsibility activities to promote the well-being of the small farmers and fisherfolk, communities it serves, and the environment where it operates. Tree Planting
The PCIC Head Office and Regional Offices annually conduct tree planting activities to support the national efforts in conserving and protecting the environment, especially in the light of climate change.
PCIC RO 1 organizes the annual tree planting activity at Nangapugan,San Quintin, Pangasinan on September 15, 2017.
PCIC RO 2 partners with barangay officials, irrigators’association and RSBSA farmer-beneficiaries in tree planting along the Abbeg SWIP Furagui, in Solana, Cagayan on November 11, 2017.
PCIC RO 4 joins efforts with the Philippine National Police-Batangas and the Department of Agriculture (DA)-Mataas na Kahoy during the tree planting activity at Brgy. Nangkaan, Mataas na Kahoy, Batangas on July 28, 2017.

Outreach and Feeding Programs

PCIC RO 3A distributes Christmas gift and food packs to 132 Day Care to Grade 6 students of Popolon Elementary School, Palayan City on December 14, 2017.
PCIC RO 7 provides goods and serves meals to students of Lalin Elementary School, Alcoy, Cebu, on November 10, 2017.
PCIC RO 11 holds a feeding program and distributes grocery items, and personal hygiene kits at Purok 4, Barangay Dumadalig, Tantangan, South Cotabato on November 10, 2017.
