PCIC President Jovy C. Bernabe and GCG Commissioner Rainier B. Butalid sign the PCIC Interim Performance Scorecard for 2013-2014 after the conduct of the Performance Agreement Negotiation on July 31, 2013 at the Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG) office in Makati City.  The negotiation was participated by PCIC Acting SVP Norman R. Cajucom, PCIC Director Dioscoro A. Granada, PCIC Director Epifanio A. Maniebo, representatives from the Department of Budget and Management, GCG and PCIC officers and technical staff.
